About the Role
As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the execution of complex finance transactions, conducting detailed financial analyses, and coordinating the due diligence process.
Responsibilities
- Support deal execution and relationship management with clients.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to assess deal viability.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financing proposals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure transaction success.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or investment banking.
