
The Equity Capital Markets Vice President is responsible for advising and managing various equity offerings while leading a team to drive business growth. Key requirements include a BA/BS degree, relevant licenses, and 7-10 years of experience in investment banking and equity markets.
Advise, manage and underwrite initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, equity-linked offerings, at-the-market offerings, private placements and share repurchases. Team is aligned in a pod structure by sector vertical; managing directors / directors lead each pod and are supported by vice presidents, associates and analysts. Revenue expectation of the business is $75 to $100 million annually.
