Director, High Yield Loan Sales

Department Overview

The High Yield Loan Team is focused on being a market leader in providing client-focused financing solutions for leveraged transactions. The Director will be responsible for driving the growth of the high yield loan business by leveraging existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in high yield loans, leveraged finance or similar areas.
• Proven track record of originating and executing high yield loan transactions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Depth & Scope

This role requires a significant understanding of loan structures, credit analysis, and the leveraged borrower market. A superior level of initiative is required to anticipate and incorporate evolving market conditions into the sales strategy.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• CFA or similar professional accreditation is an asset.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for the position is $150,000 - $175,000. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and overall qualifications.
