As a Capital Markets Director - Sales (F) within PNC's Financial Institutions Group organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX.

  • Capital Markets experience
  • Experience with marketing to banks with 500mm + in assets
  • Experience developing business and managing relationships with community and regional banks in the local market
  • Self-motivated with the ability to network successfully and convert prospects into clients
  • Experience advising banks regarding bank balance sheet strategies and capital markets products (hedging, fixed income, capital and liquidity, and loan portfolio sales/purchases)
  • Works well in a collaborative, team environment
  • Minimum of Bachelors in finance, Econ, or accounting preferred
  • Licenses: SIE, Series 7, 79 and 63. Required within 120 days of hire.

Job Description

  • Drives sales activities for a specific product(s) or transaction(s). Manages and develops client relationships. Provides superior client experience.
  • Works closely with relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop, market and deliver capital markets solutions to our clients.
  • Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Develops and maintains client and/or investor relationships.
  • Coordinates the execution of key sales and marketing strategies, such as product structuring and product distribution to maximize sales and develop new business activity.
  • Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Maintains compliance with policies and regulations. Provides coaching to other team members.
