As a Capital Markets Assistant Sr. – Sales/Trade (F) within PNC's Capital Markets organization, you will be based remotely in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA.

Finra licenses required: SIE, 7 and 63

Fixed Income experience highly preferred

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Job Description

  • Assists with complex capital markets transactions and supports the assigned sales/trading team; provides high quality customer service with respect to client inquiries, transaction support, reporting and database management.
  • Executing assigned responsibilities proactively with a high degree of autonomy. This includes self-directed problem solving and trade execution on a reverse inquiry basis. Processes or coordinates corporate and institutional client requests for the purchase or sale of capital markets products. Acts as primary liaison between front office and operations team for the sales/trading desk.
  • Performs administrative and support tasks for a sales/trading team. Tracks client documentation and trade settlement processes.
  • Develops a working knowledge of the products and capabilities of the assigned business.
  • Provides support for client relationships and ensures consistency and continuity in their support role.
  • Acts as first point of escalation for client services requests to provide an enhanced customer experience. Training and providing job-related guidance on processes, products, and clients to junior members of the team.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $137,500.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
