Based in New York City, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to several senior-level investment professionals within the Global Private Debt group.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling travel arrangements including airline, car, and hotel, as well as preparing detailed itineraries as needed;
- Answering, screening and managing incoming phone calls and mail;
- Maintaining the calendar and electronic filing system, scheduling meetings, conference calls and events;
- Assisting in maintaining the client and prospect database, coordinating marketing proposals and materials, and updating and producing marketing materials;
- Reviewing and managing expense reports;
- Preparing and tracking deal-closing data and sending out deal gifts;
- Managing team events and sponsor marketing events;
- Performing other administrative duties as needed and ordering supplies;
- Researching and coordinating offsite meeting venues.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years administrative assistant experience within a financial services firm;
- Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Base Salary
$75,000 - $115,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
