
The Vice President, ETF Capital Markets Specialist will oversee the ETF Capital Markets team, focusing on relationship management, trading operations, and ensuring operational excellence in ETF design and execution. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and providing education on ETF trading strategies.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $175,000 and $200,000/year* (see below footnote for additional compensation and benefits information).

The ETF Capital Markets team at Nomura Asset Management International is a dynamic, highly engaged group that plays a critical role in all aspects of ETF construction, management, and distribution. As part of our ETF Capital Markets team, you will collaborate with diverse groups across the firm and manage relationships with key ecosystem partners. You will work alongside various stakeholders to support our expanding suite of ETFs, ensuring operational excellence in design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of our ETF capital markets function. This role offers direct exposure to authorized participants, market makers, and exchanges while contributing to secondary market quality through both quantitative analysis and relationship management.
In this role, you will provide:
