
The CLO Structurer role focuses on managing CLO transactions, working closely with various stakeholders to deliver tailored structured finance solutions. Candidates should possess strong experience in CLO structuring and documentation.
This role will provide support to the CLO Structuring team, within the CLO Origination business. The candidate filling this role should be highly experienced in CLO Structuring and documentation, having managed deals independently from early stages of formation through closing. Tasks will include working closely with portfolio managers and equity investors to structure CLOs and assist with deal documents. Interact with rating agencies, attorneys (internal and/or external), and various other internal channels. Candidate should have the ability to lead as deal captain in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and move seamlessly across activities with little direction. Strong quantitative and communication skills are required.
