The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the origination, structuring and portfolio management of receivable securitization transactions. Responsibilities include:

  • Researching new business opportunities and preparation of marketing materials
  • Financial modeling, credit analysis, due diligence and documentation review
  • Reviewing, analyzing and interpreting portfolio data
  • Managing a portfolio of receivable based structured transactions
  • Coordinating with other groups on holistic, multi-product working capital solutions

Liaise with internal stakeholders such as credit, relationship officers, legal counsel, auditors and other products groups.

Participate in special assignments and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Series 7, 79 and 63 (if not already licensed, MUFG will work with candidate on licenses)
  • Interact with clients and client management teams.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Good credit skills
  • Previous working experience securitization and in particular trade receivable securitization

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay range for this role is between $110K - $115K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
