
The CLO Structurer will execute and eventually lead structuring on Primary CLO transactions and warehouse facilities while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. Key qualifications include 4-7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related quantitative field. Proficiency in analytical tools and communication skills is essential for the execution of these financial transactions.

The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.
This individual will help execute and eventually lead Structuring on Primary CLO transactions and warehouse facilities. He/she will interact with CLO Issuers, Senior and Junior Execution team members, Middle Office and Operations, Syndicate, Sales, Legal Counsel, Investors, and Rating Agencies throughout all phases of the deal. This person will negotiate and market new issue transactions, utilize analytical tools and models to produce results and reports.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $175K - $225K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
