The Commodities Department is a market leader in energy, metals, and agricultural product trading worldwide whose professionals trade in both physical and derivative commodity risk. The Global Oil Business market makes and takes positions in oil liquids contracts across the world in all parts of the barrel, and takes positions both intra and inter-regionally.
This is an Associate role on the Oil Trading desk, located in New York, within the Commodities department. The desk is focused on Eastern and Gulf Coast Refined Products/Natural Gas Liquids markets.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment for Associate. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
