
This role is for a Vice President in the Global Capital Markets focusing on Equity Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley's New York office. Key requirements include at least 5 years of experience in Global Capital Markets or Investment Banking and strong analytical skills to manage multiple projects and develop corporate finance solutions.

Our New York office is looking for a VP to join the Equity Capital Markets Global Power & Energy Group (GPEG).

Expected base pay rates for the role will be $225,000 per year for Vice President, and $300,000 per year for Executive Director, at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
