Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • You will produce, investigate and report the daily Profit and Loss (P&L)
  • You will collaborate with the Business Unit, Technology, Operations and other Controllers daily to deliver accurate P&L reporting and analysis.
  • You will complete thorough review and allocation of P&L attribution into its appropriate Market (Greeks) or Non-Market based effects
  • You will be involved in monthly Net Revenue and Balance Sheet reconciliation and substantiation, identifying any differences between our General Ledger and the P&L reporting systems.
  • You will support the Business Unit and Finance Management with investigating and researching outstanding issues and questions.

Qualifications - External Preferred Qualities

  • An interest or familiarity with Financial Markets and Products
  • Previous work experience in Financial Services, Audit or Accounting
  • You have worked against challenging stakeholders and/ or deadlines to deliver positive results
  • You are willing to observe process and disrupt it in order to prioritize the team's efficiency
  • You will be able to maintain a strong sense of organization and time management skills
  • You are a keen multi-tasker and use a high-paced environment to your advantage
