The FID Client Strats team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate or Vice President to support the Securitized Products Group (SPG) sales organization.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, trading, data, and technology, partnering closely with SPG sales leadership and senior stakeholders in New York and globally. The SPG Client Strat will help drive day‑to‑day sales strategy and execution by translating market intelligence, client insight, and large, complex datasets into clear priorities and actions. A core focus of the role is improving sales effectiveness through advanced analytics, automation, and the thoughtful application of AI‑enabled tools.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between **$150,000 - $200,000** per year for **Associate** and **$225,000 - $250,000** for **Vice President**, at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
