
Millennium is looking for a Business Unit Control professional in Fixed Income Financing to serve as a primary middle office lead for fixed income financing activities, coordinating with key stakeholders across the firm. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of relevant experience in fixed income funding and a strong understanding of financing workflows. A solid background in P&L analysis and robust communication skills are essential.

Operations & Middle Office is one of the firm’s largest departments and plays a critical role across the post-trade lifecycle. Within this environment, teams provide oversight, controls, reporting, and operational partnership across key business activities. This team works closely with Treasury, financing desks, Portfolio Managers, and infrastructure partners to support a controlled, transparent operating model across secured funding activity, financing economics, and day-to-day business management.
Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
