We combine the #1 global advisory franchise, a leading origination business, and an investing platform that deploys capital across liquid and alternative asset classes.

Our Capital Solutions Group is a comprehensive suite of our financing, origination, structuring, and risk management solutions. The depth and breadth of our relationships, enriched by the velocity of our deal flow, provide clients unique insights to maximize value and unlock opportunity.

Our integrated structure is built to provide comprehensive, tailored solutions that propel both our issuing and investing clients forward

Leveraged Finance

Our Leveraged Finance group originates structures, advises and executes bank loan and high yield bond financings for corporate clients and financial sponsors, including LBOs, refinancing, M&A transactions and restructurings. Leverage Finance teams serve as intermediaries between the debt capital markets (including sales, trading, research, and buy side investors) and our issuing clients. Given underwriting requirements for many of the transactions, the group works closely with multiple areas of the firm including Classic Investment Banking, Credit, Capital Markets and Research.
