Job Description

As an Operational Risk & Governance Senior you will be responsible for leading efforts to identify and assess operational risks across business functions. You will ensure compliance with established governance frameworks and contribute to the overall improvement of the risk management process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and documentation of operational risks and controls.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to promote a culture of risk awareness.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.
• Continuously monitor and improve the governance processes within the operational risk framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operational risk management or governance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or equivalent preferred.
