
The Director, CLO Structuring (VP Level) will play a critical role in supporting the CLO desk through structuring analysis and portfolio reviews, directly impacting the desk’s P&L. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of CLO market dynamics and effective interpersonal skills to communicate with sales teams and clients. A background in finance, along with relevant Series 7 and 63 licenses, is essential for success in this role.
The role will be critical to assisting the CLO desk with structuring analysis and portfolio reviews as well as providing marketing product for the sales force to discuss and distribute to clients. This information should have direct positive impact on the desk’s P&L. This candidate will be responsible for modeling and documentation negotiation.. This role will also work closely with our Warehouse Team in Toronto to discuss the CLO warehouses. As the U.S. GCF team grows, it is possible this role may expand to other products.
