
The role involves working with the Equity Capital Markets and Multi-Strategy Investing teams to manage and trade equity-linked securities. The primary requirements include over three years of experience in equity capital markets and expertise in convertible bonds and derivatives.

This role involves working closely with the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Blackstone Multi-Strategy Investing (MSI) teams to originate, structure, value, hedge, and trade equity-linked securities, including convertible bonds and corporate derivatives. The position also requires collaboration with the broader MSI team on event-driven strategies, capital structure arbitrage, merger arbitrage, and liquid credit opportunities.

$150,000 - $175,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
