
The Associate role in Blackstone's Capital Markets & Bank Relations team involves supporting debt financing and managing bank relationships for the Credit & Insurance business. Candidates should have a background in finance with at least 2 years of experience in a related field and strong analytical skills. The position also emphasizes collaboration, communication, and the use of AI tools to enhance workflow efficiencies.

Provide support to the Capital Markets & Bank Relations team with respect to liability capital markets, financing, and bank relationship management activities for the Credit & Insurance business (“BXCI”). Responsibilities will include the following:

$125,000 - $160,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
