- 5+ years of financial services support experience, executive-level support preferred.
- Polished and professional in person, phone, and email communications.
- Excellent time management, organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Advanced skills in Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Work, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints.
- Proficiency with Concur.
